Kailay is the President of CIL Global Capital and a pioneer in the building supply and construction industry, with more than 35 years of experience spanning commercial, residential, industrial, and multifamily high-rise developments across Canada. Beginning his career in the early 1980s, T.J. rose quickly through the building supply sector, developing deep expertise in construction materials and project execution.
He went on to establish successful ventures such as GP Construction, which has completed over 200 projects nationwide, including hotels, franchises, and large-scale mixed-use developments. Recognized for his vision, leadership, and technical mastery, T.J. has not only built landmark projects but has also shaped the industry by mentoring builders, tradespeople, and suppliers. Through seminars and education initiatives, he has advanced best practices and fostered innovation in construction and manufacturing.

Larry McGuinness is the Chief Financial Officer of CIL Global Capital, bringing over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and finance. Throughout his career, Larry has specialized in structuring complex development deals, optimizing capital strategies, and strengthening investor relations for large-scale projects across North America.
As CFO, Larry oversees the firm's financial management, fund structures, and investor reporting systems, ensuring transparency, stability, and long-term value creation. His deep expertise in aligning institutional capital with development opportunities makes him a trusted leader in both strategic planning and financial execution.

Evan has been active in a broad spectrum of enterprises encompassing various business sectors, including manufacturing, technology, consulting and service industries. Evan's education includes Electronic Engineering Technology (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), Bachelor of Business Administration (Simon Fraser University), and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, having articled with Price Waterhouse.
He has been active in a wide range of senior management roles, such as CEO and/or CFO of Canadian and US public and private companies, turnarounds, implementation of leading-edge technology systems, and various advisory engagement roles. Mr. Baergen also has been active in mergers and acquisitions, as well as several start-ups.
He has served, or currently serves, as an officer or director of numerous public, private and not-for-profit companies.
Dwight has more than 25 years of financial management experience involving the implementation of strategic business plans and raising capital for private and public entities. He has founded two public and several private companies in various industries.
Mr. Martin has been a partner of a boutique brokerage and financial services group involved in advising small and mid-sized companies on corporate finance, M&A, buyouts, private equity and wealth management. Dwight owned his own accounting practice from 1993 to 2008 and practiced as a Chartered Accountant providing financial and taxation services to a wide range of businesses.
He is a graduate from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with distinction.
